MADDY DISAPEARANCE-The Bedroom window theory... very unlikely

The Bedroom window theory- did madeleine go through the bedroom window? -

in one word: NO, I dont believe so.

Today I read in the Daily MIRROR that Gerry McCann believes the intruder was in the bedroom. Unlikely, very unlikely. Firstly, if you look at the map and layout of the ground floor apartment..and Gerrys own words... " the patio door was open"; gerry says he felt the bedroom door was opened. I submit he didn't notice Maddy missing. I believe the girl was already taken. No, once again... I dont feel convinced that all is right with this case. I still dont intuitively believe all has been revealed... there is still more to come. The only credible witness supporting the Mccanns that hasnt been discounted is the Morroccan siting in Marrakesh.
But lets look more closely at what Gerry is postulating:
- If for example - which is highly unlikely - that Gerry surprised the kidnapper- locked the patio door- locked the front door before leaving the apartment; to get a little girl through a window without waking up the other two girls and possibly a neighbor in the process is very very unlikely... also imagine YOU were a thief...or kidnapper... firstly , IF the front door was locked...

HOW was it locked... ? as I remember when I looked at the front door it doesnt have a double lock...and even if it did and it was possible to lock it from the outside so no-one could leave the apartment the nearest exit would have been the patio door... Of course the closest exit was the front door. But if this is so then , if the abductor had used this exit... it still means he would have probably open and shut the door behind him. - I doubt it... if you're carrying the girl - you'd have to lay her on the ground or kick it shut - unless it was self locking... no - I believe the clearest easiest exit was the patio door. and I believe THAT was the one that was used by the kidnapper.

IF the front door was double locked and unable to exit..... it would be a very simple thing for the intruder to go out once again through the back way using the patio door. Usually patio doors are locked with a latch. If GERRY HAD LOCKED BOTH BACK AND FRONT AFTER he checked on the girls... what about the friend of the mccanns? did he also double lock both doors?

SO IF IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT AFTER IT WAS DOUBLE LOCKED THEN I AGREE... THROUGH THE BEDROOM WINDOW. BUT EVEN THEN ... I DOUBT IT...BECAUSE ACCORDING TO THE WITNESSES WHO CAME TO CHECK ON THE CHILDREN AFTER GERRY... -DID HE AGAIN LOCK THE DOOR...?

I DOUBT THIS THEORY BECAUSE HE SAYS THAT HE ONLY POKED HIS HEAD IN THE ROOM.. IE IT WAS A CURSORY CHECK.AND PROBALY THEY HAD ALLBEEN DRINKING A LITTLE SO IN THAT SAME SPIRT - WHY DOUBLE LOCK BOTH DOORS...? NO THERE IS A HOLE IN THAT ONE. ALSO REMEMBER THEY HAD ALREADY LEFT THEPATIO DOOR OPEN.

Now , my question is this... if youre gonna steal a child... are you going to go out the quietest most darkest way or are you going to risk being discovered? The answer is simple... I'M GOING TO GO THE QUIETEST SIMPLEST WAY AND QUICKEST WAY .

IF the child was targetted ALL exit routes would have been PREVIOUSLY scouted. And if the intruder had entered the apartment - that was unlocked...

would he have gone through the bedroom window after the doors were locked with the child? I dont think so... simply because the nature of a thief...is to get in and get out as quickly and efficiently as possible with disturbing anything or anyone...

so I debunk this bedroom window theory. YES... it is speculation... but look again at the layout of the apartment. THE FACT THAT GERRY HAD COME INTO THE APARTMENT AND LOCKED THE DOOR AFTER HIM? NO - IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE.

FURTHEMORE,from the patio you can have a direct viewpoint of the restaurant where the Mccanns were eating.
-now as any one knows... if you look from a dark area to a well lit area... you have an advantage.YOU CAN SEE THEM - BUT THEY CANT SEE YOU.- has anyone actually looked from the patio?at the appoxiamate time of the disappearance of Maddy?

AND IF SO... WHY DONT YOU CHECK THE STAFF OF THE OCEAN CLUB AND WHO WAS STAYING THERE OVER THE TIME-PERIOD THAT THE MCCANNS WERE THERE... No wonder this investigation is a shambles... it lacks imagination...!!!-surely the Portuguese police can come up with more concrete evidence than THESE faulty forensics... use plain ole Sherlock Holmes deduction. thats how to do it...the DNA is merely the icing on the cake.

-secondly, if you were going to steal maddy and you were surprised ...you would have jumped out of the aprtment to cover your escape more easily... the patio door was open... thats why I very much doubt that the thief was surprised unless... UNLESS... Gerry had taken the shortest possible route. and what was that? - through the patio door!!!

-going from the restaurant to the patio door you have to go through a small gate at street level...then up . The gate as we discovered had NO lock on it and it was covered with plenty of vegetation which would afford camoflage for the would be kidnapper.

In other words... the most likeliest way that Maddy was taken was THROUGH THE PATIO DOOR and not through the front door.
unless of course, there was a car waiting.
it would still be much more covert to take her through the back door and bustle her intoa passing car/ bus.

this is the most likeiliest of ways that maddy was abducted. I very much disbelieve the bedroom window theory.

-and this is why I believe once again... private investigators are the only people that can successfully wrap this matter up .! they are the next step inthis whole thing.

THEY'RE JUST PLAYING THIS WHOLE THING OUT BECAUSE IT SELLS PAPERS. Screw them , just get busy and do something constructive instead of buggering around waiting...that is if you believe in what you say you believe in ... or are the rumors true?
