We went to church at Pastor Andrejs' in Bauska. The service was delivered in three languages: Russian, Latvian, and English! We all spoke and shared with the church. The music during worship was great - even though it was in Latvian and sometimes Russian. Most of the time we could pick out what song it was, but it was nice just to close your eyes and enjoy the music and singing. After the service, we had a lunch of soup, sausage, bread, fresh vegetables (of course cucumbers and tomatoes), and beautiful desert (pictured). The people were so friendly and welcoming. I already miss them!
