“However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him" - 1 Corinthians 2:9

As many of you know this past week has been overwhelming difficult for me. I've found myself well in lamest terms depressed. The past couple of days I've been feeling like this isn't where I'm suppose to be, and going home has been on my mind almost 24/7. Part of my emotional doubt is coming from a lack of well, God, in the people and places around me. Naturally the rest is fear of the unknown, frustration with not knowing the language that surrounds me every day, and missing all of the comforts of home (mostly the people).

The past couple of nights I've spent a lot of time on my knees praying to God, asking if this is where I'm suppose to be, and I've been very inpatient in waiting for an answer. However, tonight amongst all the sadness God revealed to me that there is a reason I am here. I'm here to set an example to those around me and I'm here to make sure that everything I do is for His glory.

So, please pray that God will continue to give me the strength and comfort to continue in his will, and that through me his light will shine.
