Etruscan Cooking (also for children)
We will learn ancient recipes descended from the Etruscans - the originator of Tuscan cookery. The Etruscans were well known as great drinkers and lovers of the pleasures of the table. The Etruria soil
was very fertile and productive, and Etruscan cookery was based mostly on wheat, on pulses, and on the meat of deer and wild boar.
