I never saw so may Smart cars in any European country than in Italy.Supposing there are also a lot of them on the mainland of Italy for sure on the islands Sardinia and Sicily it s a lot.
The Italians say it s for easy parking. But why only Italy sees this as a soltution?
Other countries solve the problem by using bigger cars and building more parking lots.

Had dinner yesterday in Caffe del Duomo. A good restaurant with hundreds of diffrent wines, mostly Sicilian and a handwritten wine list of over 25 pages, so say 15 per page than you know the assortment.
Price range between euro 8,50 and euro 500 per bottle. Sicilian wines are actually very good.

When I asked for an expresso the question is an Italian or an American espresso. The difference, the waiter told me, is that American espresso has the same base as Italian but 5 times more water so you don t tatse the coffee anymore.

Went yesterday with the metro, a small line of approx 7 km from Central Station to Borgo where I found the small railway station for the 1 waggon train riding on a small

A pity part of the railway is under repair so half of the trip has been serviced by a bus with a less interesting route.
Arrived after 2,5 hours half way at Randazzo a small town with as only beauty a great graveyard but that was the only thing to see.
So I took an hour later the next train back to Catania

In 2009 I made a trip from Faro till Singapore by train and the only country I had to take a bus was Cambodia In 2010 I travelled from southern Spain to France, Italy and the islands in the Mediterranean. On my way by train to Damascus I returned home from Beograd... full info
