So,
Day one of Italy occurred on what seemed to be an ordinary Thursday evening. I mean we had a successful flight, found our hostel, checked-in, dropped off our bags, and headed out in search for food. Well, being in Italy we had a very big decision on what to eat.....pizza or pasta. So we went for pizza, especially as it was cheap! 5euro for a whole pizza! So, everything is pretty standard so far, right? WRONG!
We happened to sit down at the pizza place next to a fashion guy. He works with a big jeans company. He also is an editor for a magazine. He translates for lost Americans in pizza places on his free time. That is in between his monthly trips to NYC and LA to work with such names as Collin Ferrell, the Ladies from Desperate Housewives, and Patrick Dempsey, who he is in LA with right now!
Anyway, we found this out after he offered to translate for us, thus starting a conversation. He told us about working for Georgio Armani, and how Georgio owns a restaurant in Milan where he goes and opens the door at night, and if we went he would probably be there to open the door for us. So, random!
Oh, then we had gelato and went to bed...End of Day One.

Is that all you got??? So what happened with the guy. I need some new Jeans. Does he make wide leg jeans for big women like your Aunt Beth?? Is this supposed to be a joke?? Like when is the sequal??? Are you just going to leave us hanging?? Typical for a world traveler. You know we are living through you right now, least you could do is give your so called chance meeting (with someone famous) a better ending than END OF DAY ONE !!! Nice Carla!
