Ciao Ragazzi!

Didn't get to post the olive oil factory pictures so here they are! The olive harvest is finished and we have enough oil to last quite a while. 😊

Weighing the Car
First you put the car full of olives on the scale and weigh it, then you take the olives out and weigh the car again so you know how many kilos of olives you have (we had SO many!)

We put our olives in these huge crates

Dump those olives!
Then they load them in this truck...

then they go up the conveyor belt to separate out the leaves and sticks

and they cold press the olives with these huge wheels!

And comes out amazingly fresh and so yummy!
