This is the part of a trip that I dislike--preparation!
What to pack and what to document. Trips to local customs for forms to prove I already own my camera and anything else that customs might take exception to upon our return. House-sitting details, dog-sitting arrangements.
Oh, yes. We are the Griffins. We will be flying soon from Florida to San Juan, Puerto Rico where we will embark on a cruise to Spain, then by train to Rome. Two weeks in Rome with day trips to other sights, then up to Paris, over to the UK and Glasgow where we will catch a plane home.
I hope to make this an interesting trip for my friends and family by trying a blog here. And for those who are photography-minded, I'll be posting images whenever I can.
