I like tuesdays

as much as wednesdays suck, tuesdays are awesome. Today we went with Emilio to the Museum of roman culture or something. It was all models and casts of sculptures. The big thing we saw there was the hall with the casts of the scenes of Trajan's Column. Apparently this is never open to the public and Emilio told us to take as many pictures as possible because it might not open again. So i did. I took a billion. Then the last exhibit was a huge model of what the city looked like in the olden days of rome. That must have taken forever to make that thing. it was really awesome though. So i had fun at the museum and when we came home, the apartment was clean!!! that's why wednesdays are good. the cleaning lady comes!! good for her. Every morning on the way to school we always pass this little cafe place that advertises Cappuccini e Cornetti for one euro!! so finally after weeks of meaning to go in, we finally got our one euro breakfast. it was sooo good. yum. Then i stopped by campo dei fiori and got some dates. freakin expensive, but so delicious i couldnt believe it. ahhh. very delicious morning. so keri and sarah and rachel and i are trying to plan a trip to switzerland, but i dont know anything about the trains and stuff, and i really hope rachel will go b/c she knows all this stuff. i am worried that i am going to get lost in switzerland and have to live there forever. Tomorrow is my sister's birthday. she is too old now. yikes! tomorrow we have our italian test. the teacher lady didnt bother to tell us about it, but its in the syllabus. Keri asked her after class last week if we really had a test and she looked at her like she was stupid. yes there's a test. over what? everything. ... ok... she's so random in that class. no structure at all. if a word pops into her head we'll start talking about whatever she wants to. and we dont have a book. we have a workbook that is supposed to accompany a textbook that we dont have. so all the instructions are in italian, and ther arent' any lessons in it. just exercises about what we were supposed to read about in that non existant book. hm. i dont expect the test will be any good. i think everyone hates that class. i feel bad for sarah lebauve. she has to go to the dentist here b/c of her tooth. i would not want to go to the dentist here at all. anyway, that's about all i can think of htat's happened in the past few days. ok.
