It was just another city like every other in ireland really known for shopping, everywhere you went there was a store.. the professor just wanted us to get out there and see what else there is. Goodbye Bermuda, Cork & Glasgow - hello world! Europe » Ireland » County Cork » Cork

After talking about wanting to travel around the world for years, Sophie and I are about to jet off - next Wednesday actually, 26th October 2005. The Preparations Life has changed a bit for us in the last few weeks. We’ve left Bermuda behind after 5/6 years of living there respectively. haha wow i look like a doof

hahahaha.... ok so today we went horseback riding. It was a really enjoyable experience. We didnt go very far, but it was quite entertaniing. My horses name was Davey, more like a pony than a horse.. "UP ON DAVEY!! UP ON DAVEY!!! (my horse was peeing and i didnt know you shouldnt sit on their back when they do, so the trainer was yelling at me to lift up my butt so i didnt hurt him) I think from galloping, the inside of my legs are numb for the next week..lol.. Cliffs of moher

These past few days have jsut been going around the town and shopping. Buying some last minute items because on the 26th were leaving for the capital of ireland, DUBLIN!... i am excited just because i have heard so many awesome thngs about the area. So yesterday while the girls and i were shopping, we went into Vera Moda, our favorite store in Tralee, and well.. as i was standing in line, i wasnt really paying attention and i felt a tug on my purse, this old lady behind me had her entire hand in purse!!! One week ago I met a girl named Winny. She was a 13 year old homeless girl asking for money for acommodation. For some reason there was a pull to give money to her. Normally I don't really give to too many homeless people because it is not really a need but a business for them. Maybe it was a business for her. But she was not out on the streets for no reason. Connors Pass....

Today was a very random day. I decided to go on a little trip with Mr Sands(our professor) and Greg, another student on the trip, around the area. Mr Sands had a rental car, so it was easy to get around. We stopped in Dingle to get a bite to eat, it was really good. Our new irish friends...

Since jen and i stayed home while everyone else was kissing the blarney stone, the neihbors decided to take jen and i out to the bar. Well... it was more than we bargained for. Connors Pass before the sunset!

Change of plans last minute...Professor sands and i, plus greg went to Brandon Mountain. Mr Sands had a rental car, so it was easy to get around. We stopped in Dingle to get a bite to eat, it was really good.
