COME SHUFFLE IN GERMANY!! (April 25th!!)
Dieter Hussmann, President of the GSA, sends along this information with regard to our Inaugural.
“Only two weeks left until an international group of 50 Shufflers visit Germany.
What makes this travel group special is the fact that it consists of world class Shufflers from Brazil, England, Canada and the USA. They travel to promote Shuffleboard in Germany, where it is viewed as the youngest sport since its start two years ago.
For this purpose the German Shuffleboard Association, Germany’s official representative for Shuffleboard, invited the group into the Klosterberghalle in Langenselbold.
That is the place where the Shufflers will be demonstrating Shuffleboard on Friday, April 25th between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. and have some helpful advice and tricks for the interested spectators.
As Shuffleboard is a sport for all ages, easy to learn and needs no precognition or physical strength, a visit to the Klosterberghalle pays off in any case.
Nobody should miss out on this leisure activity for the whole family.” Dieter Hussmann, President German Shuffleboard Assn. 2008-04-09.

We have loved reading the blogs -- feel like we know more about the travelers every day. Some are old friends, some we have never met but we feel like they are friends already after reading about them!
It is wonderful to support the German Shuffleboard Association and we are honored to be with such great people such as the Hussmann and Runge family . I know everyone will love them as much as we do!!
