One of the main realisations I got on travelling to Martin Lutherstadt Wittenberg, was how Martin Luther managed to spend so much time translating the bible into German. A great gift Martin Luther's life work was to the German language and carried out in an apt place where I doubt there was much to sway him from his task. Cool pictures Georgeous pictures. I love the old churches and the lead light windows. The craftsmanship is unbelievable. Cheap labour i guess. Your shithole place looks pretty damn good to me!
Yeah, I meant that Zwickau is supposed to be a shithole, as in 20-30 Germans have told me that. I have no idea cause havent been there for more than 7 hours. Lutherstadt Wittenberg is definitely not a shithole, although I don't think in Martin Luther's time he would have had a hell of a lot to do aside from translate the bible, as it is a small, quiet place - that is what I meant!!! Cheers
