There are a number of people who enjoy going to public places taking their clothes off. Yes, I know this isn’t uncommon in the world but in Germany it is a bit like breast feeding in public; it is a natural and seemingly wonderful thing but it has a similar impact to a solar eclipse...... Be very careful to not inadvertently look at it without your dark dark dark glasses. They actually appear to think the view is desirable; it can be a little unnerving for the unsuspecting tourist :-).
