Rothenburg was our second stop in Bavaria from Sunday to Tuesday. Since there are several towns called simply Rothenburg, I specified the formal name for those that are looking online for more detail about the places I am visiting. Ralf trying the local namesake a "Schneeballen" which means snow ball. It was a mix between a cake and a cookie with choice for all sorts of different confections covering the treat to choose from.

Our romantice dinner. For me, the most amazing dish of escallaped potatoes, chantrelle mushrooms, cream and lots of cheese (my new favorite meail here!) and for Ralf traditional goulash prepared with game meat and served with spaetzele (a Bavarian specialty!)
