Brunch @ Cafe near Louvre...on our way to metro back to Latin Quarter and Rue Mouffetard....this narrow, sloping cobblestone street is one of Paris' earliest, as a road to Rome. The street is lined with old store fronts housing everything from cosmetics to chocolate! At the bottom end is a market...

Our next hop off the metro took us to Place St. Sulpice....one of the most serene squares in Paris with a beautiful fountain, in front of majestic St. Sulpice Church. St. Sulpice was dubbed Temple of Victory during the Revolution.

We walked from the square to the apt. Of our new art friends Laurie and Blair Pessemier who had invited us for an afternoon glass of champagne. Rode bus back to Pont Neuf and walked home.

Cheers to another good day in Paris!
