Len in our London hotel room the day before departure to Calais.
Well, our guided tour of Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Paris ended this morning when we checked out of the Ibis Hotel here in Paris. It was a glorious episode of several wonderful memories to cherish and share.

Now we have moved across Paris to an apartment in the Latin Quarter. It is small and strategically located in the heart of everything just opposite the oldest university in France, the Sorbonne.

Paris, oh Paris! Wonderful!

It has been virtually impossible to adequately blog this first part of our holiday because it was so fast paced and of course, shared with my brother Norman and his wife Jenny. We spent most of our evening times together leaving no time for blogging.
