On Day 2, we took the train to see Fountainebleau Palace, a hunting lodge used by the royal family when not in the main royal palace (now the Louvre) or Versailles. Later, Napoleon and Josephine lived in this place, and Napoleon redecorated it with the letter "N" all over the place. Napoleon abdicated his title of Emporer here, as well.
