The PanthenonThe PanthenonThe Panthenon

A lovely Grecian style building.
We started the day by packing our bags, as we have to head to the airport early (10am) and knew we wouldn't want to pack tonight. Many things are closed on Sundays, but most museums are free on the first Sunday of the month, so we had a choice of going to overcrowded museums or wandering around and hoping things were open. We walked (again with the walking...we're averaging 10kms a day or more) over to the Latin Quarter. We found lots of lovely shops, but they were all closed so we window shopped. We had a terrible lunch and then walked around. We walked to the Pantheon, looked around inside, and went in the Crypt (it's a bit creepy if you think about it). Then we walked back to the hotel.

Home tomorrow...

I've noticed you should always look up with all of these monuments. The design is fantastic.

This might be why I don't see many gas stations in Paris....perhaps electric cars are much more common then back home?
