First off French keyboards blow- when we type a we get q, when we type w we get z, and don't even try to get the at symbol, etc. so please excuse typos andthis entry may be short until we find a decent keyboard.

The flight from San Francisco to London was a lot of fun, we got free champagne and two mixed drinks! We watched Up in the Air, a movie with George Clooney, not too bad. Paris is amazing, every building feels like it is a work of art! Yesterday our host took us through a driving tour of Paris and we got to see the Effiel Tower twinkle! Today we woke up to some fresh crossiants and fruit, and then made our way back into Paris. We visited Notre Dame and the Pantheon and walked about - there are so many tiny pedestrian only streets. We then took a boat tour and saw a lot of the major sites, then had dinner at a small café where we had a delicious chevre panini, and a not so delicious forgasse (some sort of pizza contraption). We then wandered around the city for a bit and got to experience Parisian markets, we got a bottle of red wine to sample thinking we would try to have a picnic, but we could not find a corkscrew for the life of us (weird huh, you would think a country that values wine so much would have corkscrews at every store - wine there is very inexpensive!), haha oh well.

we're going to end this now because this keyboard is really frustrating! but we'll try to update soon - with pictures! Au revoir!
