We went canoeing yesterday......Graeme and I fell out of our canoe!!!!!! We went to close to the edge and the under growth. I would like to tell you that the rapids were huge but that would not be true. The current was quite strong, it was a bit scary for the first few minutes. We had to hold on to a tree and et our breath, lucky we had life jackets on. Geoff and mon caught our canoe and held on to it until we could swim to it. It was a very cold and wet 2 hour trip after that.

We did entrip the trip, the views were magnificent.

We went to the town market this morning, all the locals were out buying their veggies for the week. We felt like a local and ended up buying some great local produce.

We are going for a drive this afternoon to check out some castles.
