Bayonne

While staying in Biarritz, I rode my bike along the coast to Bayonne, where I then spent 4 or 5 hours visiting its sites. It rained for the majority of that time and after talking to some locals, I made the decision to come back and check it out during its annual festival which is meant to be a blast. Unfortunately that wasn't to happen...
