Sarah Comes For A Week!!

This past week is autumn holiday! I have the whole week off to just relax! :)

So Sarah came to Kobenhaven to spend one night with me! We went around the city and i showed her and her host family all my favorite places like the little mermaid and the Queen's castle. It was SO much fun and i enjoyed seeing her! I hadn't seen her in like a month so it was good to see my best friend! :)

After Saturday night, Sunday we met her family at Tivoli! I have a card that gets me and 5 other people into Tivoili for FREE so i took her and her whole family in. Tivoli is an amusement park that like EVERY Dane knows. And LOVES!! So me and Sarah weren't wanting to ride all the attractions so we got cotten candy! We asked the man for cotten candy and he started up the machine and began rolling the candy. All was well and it got to the normal size...And got bigger...And bigger...Okay he can stop now...Oh my gosh...WoW ha, um, that's a lot of cotten candy...Okay STOP!! Finally we got these HUGE cotten candies! We couldn't even EAT them all!! Hahahaha! But we had fun.

So, Sarah was only supposed to stay one night with me but we asked her and my parents if she could stay till Thursday and they said great! Have fun! So she stayed! <3

The next day we slept...till like noon like any good teenager should. Then we watched a movie. I took her out into Kobenhaven and to my favorite places! She tried Parad Is and Homemade Is (both INCREDIBLE) and she was instantly addicted!! Hahaha! Then we shopped for a costume for the upcoming Rotary get-together and then went home.

Tuesday we slept again. Hahaha! Oh we do SO much in Kobenhaven!! Hahaha! And then we watched movies and relaxed and caught up on the things we had been up to the past month. That night, Sarah and I made dinner for my Mor and Far!! Enchaladas!! Yummy! And my host family LOVED them! SO it was nice to share mine and Sarah's culture with my host family!

Wednesday, we got up (yes we DID!) and went the Mon (o with a slash through it...) to see the cliffs! I've been dying to see these cliffs and they were incredible!! So me and Sarah ran along the beach and took TONS of pictures!! We loved it! Then we went up to the museum to look at the fossils and history of the white cliffs! It was wonderful!! We had coffee and cake and messed with my youngest host brother! That night we met some of the exchange students and went out around the city! It was so much fun!

Thursday morning i took Sarah to the station. :( But i'll see her again soon so it's not too bad :) But we had a wonderful, relaxing week together! I hope she comes back soon for more fun! :) <3
