Small family house conveniently located in a green area of Lapad peninsula, Dubrovnik, making it an ideal base for your Dubrovnik holiday. With only 2 rooms for rent, you can enjoy some relaxing time after your hectic travels and owners that live in, will always extend you their warmest hospitality.

2 spacious private twin/double rooms ensure a comfortable stay and a garden full of trees offers most welcoming shade during the summer months. Large shared bathroom (shared only between the 2 rooms) has bath/shower, wash basin, bide and WC. Bath and hand towels free (changed twice weekly for longer stays), linen free (changed once weekly for longer stays), use of luggage room free, fans in rooms free, tea & coffee making facilities free (kettle, tea & coffee free). No kitchen available but local bakery just round the corner offers fresh bread, croissants and Danish parties to accompany your free morning tea/coffee. This accommodation does not offer kitchen facility. Check in after 16.00hrs; check out by 12-Noon. Latest check in is at 22.00hours (10pm). No curfew for residents. Some parking space for your car can always be found in the vicinity of the house, which is located within easy walking distance to Dubrovnik old city. Ideal for a family or a small group of friends, to explore the Dubrovnik old city and surrounding area. Experience your Croatia holiday in true home-from-home atmosphere.
