I can't even begin to describe the beauty of this city. Even though it's not as beautiful as some of the pictures of Paris I've seen, it's still really beautiful. The metro is fast, easy to navigate and seems to run on the honor system. You could not get any kind of pass and no one seems to be the wiser. Of course i got ,y passes, I'm just saying that you oculd. I'm not too sure how the metro is regulated, but it seems to work for them.
I managed to walk the whole of the city today. I was out for 10 or so hours, paroozing around, stoped in for a couple of cups of coffee. When people say the coffe is strong, it isnt that it's more that the only coffee you get is espresso. Une cafè, is a double shot of espresso. One in the morning, then one in mid-day and you can cover a lot of ground. Got my pass validated, shot two rolls of film, and I'm super tired. I probably could have not started at 7am, but I'm used to waking up early in the morning now. A lot of businesses weren't open that early. Most of the shops I walked passed didn't open until mid day. Wierd kind of.
The cereal here is seriously laking to say the least, but the bread is superb. I ate my last ration of peanutbutter and jelly today. Couldn't find any peanutbutter. When I asked the guy looked like his head was going to explode. Nutella is in high supply. Too bad I don't like the stuff, they serve it for breakfast. Ew!
I think I'm gunna have a nap. My legs are so tired.
I need to streatch.
