Once upone a time in Belarus

Belarus is not the only Lukashenko's state. It has much stuff behind politics. One of this points stuff is Dudutki. If you're foreigner visiting Belarus you’ll have a chance very close to 100% that your second visit after Minsk trip will be Dudutki. Dudutki is Belarusian rural museum with much of ethnic features stuff like pottery works, smith workshop, as well as local kitchen tasting, horseback riding and, the main attraction, tasting samogon, local famous alcohol drink. If you buy a full excursion you will have the chance to taste it several times will get up to the top of old mill. Much of impressions be sure.

In Dudutki some things are a bit unusual for folk museum. But they are really interesting for everyone. For example, small zoo with American deer. Or exhibition of the old cars (some of them are really unique). Beside you can see some usual animals like wild boars, gooses and other farm fram birds. Unusual thing in this case is in decoration. No problem with wild pigs - they have they habitat like in the forest. More funny stuff you can find in birds area of Dudutki museum. There you can see old call box which was used in Belarus 40 years ago. Maybe idea to put the call box directly in the “heart” of chicken house was not so bad… poor birds have always the chance now to call to police if some hungry wolves appeared on their horizon.
