Spent the day in Seefeld - checking that everything is ready for all our guests arriving next week. Even if there is no more snowfall before then..it appears the cold weather will last long enough to stopp any melting of the snow we need to make this a truly "white Christmas". The town has a bit of a "lull" in the week before Christmas - giving the house staff a week or more off before they start a hectic season. It also gives the accommodation owners a chance to fix any issues with their properties and do any repair work needed before the arrival of the guests next weekend.

There is heaps of snow....and mounds of snow cleared from paths, walkways and roads greets the visitor at every corner as you walk through the town centre or surrounding areas. The Christmas markets are in place and have had several openings - the main business/festivities beginning next weekend.
