Well, actually I'm lying, I'm not in Tobago anymore, but I haven't really been able to find an internet cafe, so this is just a summary of the past few days.
Tobago was beautiful, but not as pretty as Grenada. There I said it. It was a lot of fun though.
The group of us took the ferry, which I had a great time on, drinking... like always.
Most people spent the entire 3 hours puking in the sinks and sometimes if they made it, the toilets.
It made me laugh, because I wasn't sick and I'm a jerk like that.
We stayed at this really nice resort area by Sandy Point.
We got some dinner. I didn't realize that when you order curried crab and dumplings they actually bring you the entire CRAB! :/
We all passed out the first day from exhaustion and then snuck off to the hot tubs. Which were closed. We still went in though.
We went on this glass bottom boat, where they let us snorkel but I didn't get to go because I CAN"T SWIM.
We passed by Buccoo Reef, which was really beautiful..
We did get to
get off at his place in the middle of the ocean, called Nylon Pool, which is about waist deep.
I figured out that I can float on my back for along time. Its either all the rum or my belly full of food.
The next day we tried to sneak into a private beach - Pigeon Point (where pigeon's point?) because I don't pay to use the ocean. We got caught of course.
The beaches in Tobago are nice, but coral is everywhere and stabs your feet.
UPDATE:
When wandering around Port of Spain, got lost in St. Ann's, made it to a mall in St. James and guess what I found .... OILDOWN! My mission was complete.
Nylon Pool.Shallow water in the middle of the sea. Great news for the non-swimmer.
