But things changed when Ralph Gonsalves took over as the Prime Minister. His threatening disposition towards women happens to be the cause why things went for a toss. Women feel unsafe in a country where the Prime Minister has been charged and mysteriously acquitted on four counts of perverted sexual behavior.
