Today we hit the road and headed west. A quick breakfast at La Patisserie de France and then onto the Rte. 22. Fortunately, we were headed out of San Juan, because they, like all of us, know how to do rush hour - big time! Now try to follow this...............speed limits are in mph, mileage markers are in kilometers, car odometers are in miles, and gas is sold by the liter (40.9/liter). Our first stop was in and around Isabela, a small town at the northwest corner of Puerto Rico. Known for its surfing beaches and beautiful plaza, our stop was indeed enjoyable.
