Well we finally arrived at 2 a.m. into San Pedro Sula Airport. We had setup pickup arrangement with a local B&B and the wonderful owner Luis was there to pick us up. If you are ever looking to do this, you should consider the guesthouse dos molinos and it is the more affordable option for those on a budget. He will even drop you off at the bus station if you are headed to Copan or the Bay Islands.
