Today we decided to explore the island's dive sites via clown car. We purchased a "drive and dive" map of Curacao and then talked with the dive master at Habitat. She pointed us to some great dives!

Our trusty friend Zoom (yes, Zoom) helped us load up on air, and we were on our way.

Dive Site #1Dive Site #1
Dive Site #1

Here we are driving to dive site #1 called Playa (beach) Kalki, also nicknamed "Alice in Wonderland". It's at the most north-eastern tip of the island at the Kura Hulanda Lodge. The dive was the most spectacular of the week.

On the way to our next dive site, we stopped by the towns of Jeremi and Lagun. The view from the cliff was wonderful. The location also has 2 dive sites, but we didn't get a chance to dive here (just stopped for the view).

People really seemed to be having fun swimming and snorkeling. This particular spot also had a lot of people sailing. Curacao is a big spot for sailing because of the constant winds.

We had taken a photo of Porto Marie, dive site #26, from our dive boat earlier in the week. This was the view walking down to the dive site from where we parked the clown car. It was one of the few places that had a real beach with sand, not just coral.

Habitat was located just around the cliffs here at Porto Marie - too far to swim, but I believe there were trails you could hike from one location to the other.

After a day of driving and diving (and eating!), we relaxed on our porch before going to watch the sun set.

We went down to the infinity pool to watch the sunset over the water.
