Month 3 in Costa Rica!!!

Well we're well into month 3 living here and things are still amazing. Our boss has been working overtime to find us both more hours so that has been working out great! He moved our office, which was a 10 minute walk from our house, out to Heredia which is a 35 minute bus ride away but other than that nothing is really new. The secretary Cecilia, who has been a godsend to us since we arrived, unfortunately didn't do the move with him so we had to say goodbye to her. Very sweet lady!! Michael sent us some more nice words last week. Always nice to hear that we're doing well.

"I'm so proud of you two! I was very determined not to bring both of you down because of your friendship. As a manager of over 25 years my gut kept telling me "You are making a very big mistake taking both of them down here!" Silly gut! Let me explain why bosses never and I repeat NEVER hire husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend, or two friends at the same time. Because you can loose both at the same time for firing one or if one is not happy and quits so does the other one. So you can see managerial wise it was a very big mistake that REALLY paid off big. I'm really glad I did it and I'm so happy you ladies are having fun here in Costa Rica and I'm sure after my glowing letter of recommendation for both of you, you will be able to get an ESL teaching job any where in the world. So keep up the excellent work and make us all proud here in Whittemore de Costa Rica, S.A."

Other than that, we've just been busy working but Hayley, my old room-mate, is here right now so we've been doing some more touring. Thought I would upload those pictures so people remember that we're still out here!
