We had an amazing weekend at Manuel Antonio National Park. Since we arrived back to our homestays in San Joaquin only a few hours ago, we have not had time to re-group. I feel sure that someone will want to do a blog entry about the weekend or the national park itself. If not, I will do one. Meanwhile, I am just going to post some fun pictures of the group going to and returning from the Central Pacific region (where we spent the weekend), and a few other interesting shots. Sorry to keep promising a "full" blog entry soon, but I feel sure that folks at home want to see shots of the group very soon, and getting the whole entry together takes some time. Internet can be very slow here, and the group is quite busy with other things, so once again -- more coming soon!

ASU in Costa Rica
WELCOME to ASU in Costa Rica 2013! This year, there are 12 students in the ASU Study Spanish in Costa Rica group. The students will be studying Spanish at el Centro Panamericano de Idiomas (CPI) and will live with families in San Joaquin and in Monteverde, Costa Rica, for a month this summer. If you are interested in seeing pictures and reading about what the group is doing in Costa Rica, this is the place for you! Each new entry will be at the top (just scroll down from here), and entries much further down are from the 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 programs. To see all of the pic... full info

Still to come
There should be some upcoming entries on cultural differences that they are noticing and on the National Museum that we visited last week. It is just incredibly difficult to get the people and the technology and the time together to get everything posted (we don't have cars!), but we are planning to do it!!!
