Went on a tour of an Organic Coffee Co-Op. Hugo gave us the grand tour. We saw coffee from seedlings to mature plants, had crop rotation and harvesting explained to us, got to sample various coffees and saw the entire process for turning beans into my reason for getting out of bed in the morning.

I love to travel, although I do not get to wander about as much as I would like to. I fell in love with Costa Rica and would have happily lived there. It is the only place that made me cry to leave. Before the addition of two more Akitas to our household, we traveled across the U.S. with our two Akitas, Biscuit and Rowan. Now that Keiko and Rafu have joined the herd, I balk at moving 500 lbs. of dog around unless I need to.
