In the afternoon we dove The Rhone known as the best wreck in the Caribbean. The wreck is a steamer located at the NW Point of Salt Island. The Rhone was declared the first Marine National Park in the Virgin Islands. It was a short dive but I saw a few yellow head jaw fish and smaller colorful fish but very shy. I also found patches of Sergeant Mayor eggs and just took a few close ups to the eggs but the current pickup as we got deeper and it was surge in the shallows. I wish I could take a photo with the fish fanning its eggs maybe if I find them in a better spot. I saw tons of beautiful purple tunicates that couldn't resist. Yum dinner to finish the day We made our traditional Wahoo sashimi in the galley for appetizer with a nice bottle of wine and then the boss treated the crew to the resort’s restaurant for a delicious meal at the island.... read more

We left St. Thomas early in the am and headed towards Peter Island in the BVI. We cleared customs in West End Tortola. We logged 47nm in 3hrs miles and we burned like 143 gal of fuel. The crossing was spectacular. Crystal clear turquoise waters and green islands all around. There are lots of sailboats in the Caribbean atmosphere, which makes me miss my old life style living on a sailboat. Wi-Fi Internet is great so I might start uploading some photos to the blog.... read more
