Winter is lovely here in the Bahamas. With temperatures that never drop below 70 degrees and gorgeous sunny days all winter long, I've gotten some strange looks from friends when I tell them I am heading stateside for the holidays. But family, celebrations, shopping and fun are calling my name stateside.
My tentative travel plans include stops in Miami, Deltona, Orlando, Las Vegas, and San Diego. I leave Exuma on December 16th and will be returning here on January 2nd. Where ever you are, however you celebrate - I hope you have an awesome holiday season. Stay tuned for blog updates and pictures from my winter wanderings.

For ten months a year, I work with some of the most clever students in the world. During the summer, I travel because it makes me a better teacher and a better person. I've had the privilege of traveling to England, France, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, China, Greece, Mexico, Canada, Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Colombia, and all over the United States.
