My husband and I went to Aruba in November of 2004. We sayed in the Hi-Rise hotel area and used the bus for transportation. We rented a 4-wheel drive car for one day and explored the island it was more fun that I thought it would be. The following are random pics that show some of what we did. We were there for 5 days and had OK weather. It was cloudy most of the time but didnt rain much.

Friends getting wet
So we met this couple in Aruba and we were taking thier picture and I said wait until a wave comes behind you it will make a beautiful picture and then a huge wave came and soaked them. I felt so bad. But it was funny and we captured the picture right before it happened.

The pictures with the titles ariokon forest. THose pictures where taken in parke arikok. It's a national park. Aruba doesn't have a forest. At least not officially

Yes I read about the colapse and saw pictures. When we were there the waves were crashing on against the bridge really hard and when you were standing on the bridge it would shake when the waves hit it so I was not that supprised. It was a beautiful sight to see and I am happy we got to see it.
