Way to Stay True to yourself Yog! Hey cuz .......... I know that I am just down the road but I wanted to make sure after reading this blog that I told you how proud I am of you. I feel for you because I can hear how torn you are. Just proves to me that you are going to decide the best path for you in time! Don't force anything, just let it happen as you have for the past 17 years! Holy Crap Yog .... that's a very long time ...... must be what your soul needs!
Anyway we need to make plans to get together before you take off again. Somehow Ya Hey Der land just does not seem to fit into the picture!
Love You Yogi !

Thank you I stumbled onto your blog while trying to search for info on Chiang Tung, as I'm going to try to visit there in a couple of weeks. Thank you for the blog entry -- and for posting your lovely photos -- very informative and interesting!
great review Cuz Cuz , you do have the gift of sharing via pictures - always a pleasure to view - Was suprised to see you shaved your head - I fig. it's one of 2 things - a spritual connection or AC is getting expensive to afford :) -- Am all set as the fellow stock trading folk will be arriving in Waukegan the 25th for our get together - Sorry you won't be back in time to meet all in person, but you will be thought of and represented here by your mom. We'll have to get your trading skills polished up to get ya back on your trek :) be safe and drop in on my stock trading forum when you have internet access! All the best Cuz------ Cuz Dave
Answer: "You are where you want to be" Rammmbbooo!
You photo skills have surpassed the Sinsey master. Your latest round of images are worthy of a National Geographic spread. Hope all is well and keep showing us how beautiful the world can be through your eyes and lens.
Later,
Karateman!

mr "MR" is doing well, he grows a few pounds a week! It appears that dentistry would be a good job for you to look into. Remember-change is here in the U.S, the world should be in good shape soon! PS you missed the 170 million dollar party! Don't worry, every American will wiggle their piggy bank. Be good.
Faboulous Old Lady Photos Dave, you sure do have an eye for the the old gals. Your photos are just superb as usual, making the common sights over there seem uncommon. You're living the lives the rest of us dream of. . BTW, are you "Photoshopping" your photos?... you look younger than you did last year! Lucky fella. Hope to see you again one day.

Feed a fever, feed a cold Hey Dave, good nutrition, rest and fluids along with pharmaceuticals should get you through. Your website is good- I can think of folks who would benefit like grad students of all kinds, including medicine. Reminds me of our conversation so many years ago on the river about "your money or your life". get better quick! annie
Wonderful photos Good to hear from you again and the photos bring back fond memories of Angkor. Coincidentally, I just started reading The Gate by Francois Bizot. It is an autobiographical story about a Frenchman held capture by the Khmer. It is an extraordinarily well-written book. I am 3/4 of the way through a semester of Vietnamese language, in preparation of my return their in Dec. Travel well, my friend.
The work continues!!! The work of this project continues. Under a different name, and with a new website for the volunteers being www.freewebs.com/creciendo-juntos. Come and join us.
Thanks for taking the time to read my TravelBlog. Originally from the Chicago area i received my BS from northern Illinois University and after graduating I started my "career" at Abbott Laboratories. While there I earned my MBA from DePaul, Univiersity. Then I dropped out of the corporate world in 1992 when I moved to Minnesota. Next, I dropped out of the rat race in 1997 and I've been traveling since. For the first few years I only traveled in the US, working one summer in Yellowstone national park and I spent two summers in Alaska. I also had the great fortune to be a rafting guide ... full info
