Trek Training
I don't think you can prepare for this - the altitude really starves you of the precious oxygen you need for every step. Certainly a trek for young legs.

That's OK. I've sıce come across shops wıth sıgns advertısıng they carry sızes up to XXXXXXL. (Well that was 'T' shırts).

RUM
The Rum of Barbados is called Mount Gay and it is said to be the oldest in the world so obviously I had to sample some. I have brought a couple of bottles home with me so we might share a few tipples when next we get together.

Travels
Have managed to read some of your emails; seems like you are very much on the go and having a good time. Our trip has been a little less demanding than our earlier ventures but busy all the same; e.g. dealing with a different currency for each Caribbean country visited.
