I spent a little more than 3 weeks in the southern coastal city of Malmo, Sweden's second largest city. There's two major squares here, "Big Square" and "Little Square (Lille Torg)". In big square there's much parking and shops, little square has all the restaurants and bars. Fun place, Sushi, Thai, Steaks, etc...YUM! There's a beach area on the eastern part of the city, but I was there April-May and it was a bit cold for the beach. I stayed in the Radisson in old town, "Gamla Stan" and it's a good place to stay. I spent a week and a half in Uppsala, a large University city. The students must have been on break cause the place was dead. I mean like nobody around at all. I stayed at the Radisson and had a good time despite no real activity. I got to know Stefan and Noha, bar tenders at the Radisson.. They were good people offering suggestions on things to do while I was stuck there between work. They made my experience in Uppsala very good.
