| 22nd October 2007 Your Trini "Shadow" | Marvellous!! - From: Finding Netherlands Shan & Vibes, at the risk of sounding boring and repetitive ..... so far your World Tour is simply FANTABULOUS!! TEXT: 104 pages of interesting, informative, highly expressive narrative, chock full of geographic and historic data. PHOTOS: 2,008 of the very best!! Using black & white for the "Back in Times" shots was a masterful touch. I was able to utilize iPhoto's "antique effect" to further dramatize the photos with a light sepia tone. "Free As A Bird" gets 115% (VAT inclusive) as we Trinis say :-)) TOUR: Well-paced, sensible style. From the touristy, family-oriented Wales/A'dam, through the frenetic, adrenalin-filled dash accross Crete, to Finding the Netherlands at a quiet, leisurely pace. GREAT!! Consequently, my slide-shows went from Terry Oldfield's haunting "All The Rivers Gold" through the up-beat "Soulful Sounds of Greece" to Joshua Bell's classical "Romance of The Violin". Marvellous! I'm ecstatic! However, friends, remember "It is all God's work" so forge ahead with Love, Light & Peace. |
| 17th October 2007 Mom | I LOOOVE Crete! - From: Crete: Nomads in a strange land Hi utoo, It must be that you are missionaries walking in the land of Paul and Seeing the Cave where John spent his last days. Thanks for taking me there too. IEK-2400 looks sturdy for any trip. You invited everyone to dinner at Dionysos. I love the churches. Shan and vibes both of you are indeed blessed and living life with a passion indeed, LoveMom |

| 13th October 2007 Your Trini "Shadow" | Photo Favourites - From: Crete: Nomads in a strange land S&V, Allow me to single out these shots as my favourites for dramatic effect: (1) Curves (2) Arid Beauty (3) Falasarna Sunset & (4) Somewhere Up There. As to the "Source Of Life" .... it's possible that "you never found it" because you searched without while all the time it was (and still is) within - where love, light & peace abound :D |
| 12th October 2007 Your Trini "Shadow" | True Adventurers - From: Crete: Nomads in a strange land My friends! Your fearless, liberating, exhilarating (to quote you) IEK-2400 drive across Crete has definitely stamped you both as true adventurers. Should I hear at some future date that "Vibert & Shanna have commandeered a helicopter or a bi-plane or a hot-air balloon and have flown themselves to Timbucktu" I will not bat an eye-lash :-)) "March on. Do not tarry. To go forward is to move toward perfection. March on, and fear not the thorns, or the sharp stones on life's path" Kahlil Gibran Love, light & peace always and all ways from Your Trini "Shadow" & family |

Thanks, S&V, for those "bonus" photos of the Blue Man Group (they certainly weren't there the first time around :-)). The poster read "See Something Amazing" and if the still photos and the expression on Vibert's face are anything to go by, the show itself must have been "something amazing". Keep enjoying the best there is on offer wherever you visit, take care and God bless with love, light & peace. |
| 29th September 2007 Leanda | Amazing!! - From: Amsterdam: No doubt !! Hi guys, Amsterdam is great! I remember being there a few years ago. The bicycle parking garage was a crazy sight....the difference between a café and a coffee shop is at cafés you can get coffee and at coffee shops you can get "special" brownies ;) That's awesome you guys got to see the Blue Man Group, they are absolutely wonderful!! When I saw them I didn't know what to expect and was blown away, really talented performers. Continued fun and safe travels. Leanda |

| 26th September 2007 Your Trini "Shadow" | Those Two Magic Words - From: Amsterdam: No doubt !! Hi Guys! Having thoroughly enjoyed my "visit" to Wales, I kept returning to the blog on a daily basis checking for those two magic words in the top right-hand corner. By the 25th, the suspense was killing me and then "voila!!" - NEXT JOURNAL. One deep breath, an exhaled "aahhhhh" and a single "click" took me straight to ... Amsterdam: No Doubt!! No passport, no visa, no air-line ticket, no luggage .... but what a trip! Another high-class blog in the inimitable Vibert&Shanna style... informative and entertaining. The RLD pictures were tastefully presented and the black & white shots of the Rondvaart Views add a nice touch to my photo album. Keep up the good work as you follow your dreams (and we follow you) with Love, Light & Peace. P.S. I selfishly miss at least one video :-)) |

Jammer dat tante Helen geen goede berichten heeft ontvangen, maar ze gaan nu opereren en we houden de moed erin. Your decision to live life to uttermost is one that many people never get a chance to do. Your Guyana experience will undoubtedly prepare you for everyting else. After all, you have both acknowledged that only change is constant. However, while this is true, I wish to also give you some advice as you take Wales by storm, "Sapientia et Doctrina Stabilitas" - Wisdom and Knowledge shall be the stability of thy times. So let your travels build your wisdom and let your acquired knowledge bring stability when all else seems unstable. As always, you are in my thoughts and prayers. |
