Three years ago I decided to wave "bye-bye" to the United Kingdom and travel around Asia, not entirely certain as to where I might end up, how long I'd be gone, or when I'd be back. Asia has some funny affects on westerners. We are always treated with respect, very rarely understand what's going on and many of us, never really think of returning home. What surprised me initially, is the vast amounts of westerners who are part of the whole Asian experience, and not only businesses men who are jetting from Singapore to Hong Kong every 10 to 15 minutes,
