I am 53 years old and retired. I moved to Merida, Yucatan 2 years ago. I arrived in San Cristobal De Las Casas on December 17, 2011. I decided to move here permanently to escape from Merida’s stifling heat for good. So far, it has been wonderful. Not without hiccups but so far I would not change a thing.
