Boo. I can't believe I'm stuck in cold New England while you're out there enjoying the ocean! And new BF??? Apparently we haven't caught up in a while! Miss you!
See I considered going into medicine, and then I thought...
"What if one day I had to inspect someone's butt?"
thank you for officially deterring me from the field of medicine.
pretty sure law/politics is where its at for me. lol
Love,
Josh
Brooke,
You sound great! Has anyone told you that you have comedic talent? I laughed my *** off when I read your blogs! Full of tongue in cheek humor! I know you are working very hard, and I see a true doctor being molded in each of your entries. Your parents and family must be very proud! Life @ St Joe's is good...Fanaras is gone, Stephan is back. Keep Kat in your prayers. Her oldest son is currently being treated for testicular cancer. Chemo and all. Kat is such a good Mum..It is very hard. I'm in the new sleep lab in Concord..We love it It's huge!! More room to play. Anyway, stay well, and keep writing!
Love,
Juliette
Your specialty Heya Brooke,
In all seriousness now, I definitely know what kinda doc you're cut out to be: ER Doc, Level 1 Trauma Room. You are totally an adrenaline junkie!
From your blog, it sounds like you were just born to be a doc. :) It's incredible how well-acclimated it seems you've already become. Good to hear you're getting your balance in too. You are a true multi-tasker at heart.
Hugs,
Neetu
!!! Brooke! I am totally vicariously going to medical school through you and loving it. Suturing!!! Amazing. I am so happy for you. And- two months! We are definitely going to party when you get home... and snuggle: ) Shan and I had a hysterical convo about you and snuggling, but you'll have to come home to learn the details he he. Love you lots and miss you lots. I love reading your blog thanks for keeping me/ everyone updated. xoxo
! BR - I'm addicted to your blog! It's great to hear all your experiences - yes, even all the med stuff (orange analogy=very helpful).
Send more pix of the COWS - you know how I love them! xo BW
I'm so jealous! I'm so happy that you're having such a blast! I only remember connective tissues to be all pink and wavy (for loose CT). Other than that, everything else is either blue, purple, or a darker shade of pink...
so just stick with the subway and fruit diet, and the soccer games, and you'll lose a few pounds in no time. can't believe you ate steak, for 36 bucks o_o.....
i'll ask you about histo in a couple months. let's do a review session then :D
you tell a great story. glad to hear you're enjoying it :)
guogeous! omg brooke...the pics are sooo beautiful!!! you are kinda obsessed with those weird creepy crawly things...whatever they are.
CONGRATS ON THE WHITE COAT AGAIN! def makes you look hotter ;)
Brooke,
You so so great! What experiences you're having! The peaks and the valleys , Brooke....only one time we flat line(hopefully) Savor it all...I laugh and smile with every entry you make. If I don't write back quickly, you know why...the sleeping schedule of a vampire!
Keep writing!
Love,
Juliette
