Hi team Hope everyone back home is going well. I am fine thanks for asking. Me and Cat are now in Bratislava which is a lot better then what I was expecting. We have some time to fill in before Paris so though we would visit Slovakia. When we got here the weather was really nice (a sweltering 11 outside). Had a walk around the city which is really old and not touristy at all. Visited the castle which has an awesome view of the city. On every street there is a kebab stand. Think that I will turn into a kebab if I have another one. Can't help myself because they are so tasty. It is really relaxed here and a good change from central Europe. Last time I wrote we were on out way ... read more

Hi everyone Well I thought that I would write and let everyone know what I have been doing since I last wrote. I am now traveling around with Cat and having the best time in Germany. I was really happy with myself because I made it to the Frankfurt airport and to the arrivals all by myself without getting lost. We spent a few days in Frankfurt but did not get up to much. Just seemed to walk around and look inside Cathedrals. It reminded of old Adelaide as the all the shops closed on Sunday. Frankfurt was more of a business city that a touristy city. We are currently in Berlin and having an even better time. Walked along where the wall once was which was really cool. Today we spent the day walking around ... read more

Hello everyone I am currently in Salzburg at the moment. Have only spent two days here but really like it. Walked around the castle which was really interesting and high up. Then went to a brewery for lunch and a drink. Have been through a few countries since my last entry. I went with Chris's family to Croatia for about a week. His family has a holiday house on an island called Korcula. The weather was really nice and just relaxed for the week. Ate some sea food which was really fresh, also the water was really clear. I went for a swim and just cracked up laughing because I saw the Croatian mainland. Never thought that I would be swimming in the ocean and see Croatia. There were no street light where we were staying, ... read more

Greetings Earthlings. I am currently staying with Chris's family is a little town called Eberndorf in Austria. First off Barcelona is no longer my favorite place, Vienna has taken over. I have spent around 2 weeks there and have almost seen everything. Vienna is a place that has everything for everyone. Me and Chris hired push bikes and rode around town. It is really easy to ride there because they have a bike lane on the foot path. At night we would ride down to the pub, have a few drinks then ride home. We got to climb up the St Stephens Church, but could only get half way as they are fixing it up. When we got there these 2 American guys came in just after us. Think that they were a bit disappointed about ... read more

Hello all It has been a while since I last wrote, so will try and catch everyone up on what we have been doing. Well if you have not already guessed we have been and gone through Rome. There was so much to see in Rome that we stayed there for almost a week. The hostel that we were staying at was about a 5 min walk to the Colosseum. Got to go inside the Colosseum which was very cool. The thing that I liked best about Rome was the Trevi Fountain. There were heaps of people around there but managed to weesel my way to the front. Will try and put some pics up soon when I have a PC that will let me. We also walked around the Vatican and the museum. Can not ... read more

Bonjour Well we made it to France in one piece and still friends. Chris is really easy to trave with so no complaints here. Were were staying in a really relaxed hostel in the center of Nice for a few nights. It was really small but the people were really cool, and the beach was just down the road. Unfortunately the beach was full of pebbels and no sand which I though was wierd, but everyone from England had no problem with it. Could not get over how many restraunts and cafes there are in Nice. Met a girl there from London at our hostel, and think she could be the most annoying person alive. She was always in my face trying to get me to do stupid things. Luckely I never have to see her ... read more

Hello people Tonight is our last night in Barcelona and Spain. We are catching a train the Nice tomorrow. Just thought I would write about what we have been doing in the last few days. We went to an amazing Cathedral called "Sagrada Familia". The Architect who designed it was Gaudi who also designed lots of other buildings in Barcelona. The history behind the Church is really interesting. They started building it in 1880 and about half way through. We got to climb to the top of one of the towers which was very cool. If you get a chance look it up on wikipedia or something along that line. Funny thing happened to us the other night. We were walking down to catch a train when we saw a group of alright looking girls. They ... read more

Hi Everyone Well me and Chris have made it safely in Spain. The weather is awesome and the people are really nice. We got a little misplaced in Madrid airport, but eventually found our luggage and the way out. Turns out that not many people can speak English in Madrid. It was fun trying to communicate to the people, they were very nice about it. I went into a travel agency but no one could speak English. Had to communicate through google translator which was interesting. we just walked around Madrid's streets and through its parks. Turns out that beer is really cheap here. A 6 pack on beer costs about AUS $5. Madrid was such a nice place it was sad to leave, but now we are in Barcelona. Went to Nou Camp to watch ... read more
