And so it was that Aron and Sheila found themselves, on their last night in Madrid, at the oldest Restaurant in Madrid and indeed the oldest in the world: Botin. Opened in 1725 it is the oldest according to Guiness World Records, and known for its suckling roast pigs, Hemmingway's visits, and there's even rumour that even Goya worked here as a waiter before he became the famous and respected artist he was later known as.
