Happy Birthday - From: Fun with Family
Happy Birthday, Heather - hope it was a good one. You looked so pretty in your blue dress. I can't imagine such an exciting life - thank you for sharing it with us. We went Australia and N.Z. in Nov. Wonderful! We're heading for a Family Reunion in Mi. and making the loop down thru Indiana to see the rest of the family. We are also awaiting the birth of our first Great Grandchild!. Stay safe, enjoy each day and thanks again for including us in your adventure. Love from the Currys.

No joke... - From: Heaven is a state of mind . . .
Truly inspirational what you have written... it wasn't very long ago that I had a very similar discussion with a good friend of mine who is a Theologian. Life and the preservation of it is so important... and so easy... why do we, as humans, tend to make it so hard? I yearn for the day to come that all are as enlightened as you are and hopefully, as I am, and realize that we as humans are contributing to our own destruction... and more importantly, the destruction of this beautiful planet - our home, dang it! Would you set your own house on fire? I think not.... Kudos to you, Jarod. I loved this blog... all joking aside from the previous comment.

Buh-ring it ON! His new name will be Sucka-fish once I am through with him. ;-) love u, 'ol buddy... had to make a joke.

Ejoyed your latest blog(where in heck did that name come from..all I can think of when I see or hear 'blog' is the 'spit-up' I do when I cough, yuk). Those poor dogs..I can just hear all the barking and moaning now. Guess it's necessary..but you stay away from the knife, you hear, Heather..I want another great grandbaby. Nysha is pregnant again, her third..more cooperative than you two. Will Email my Xmas message next week. Love you guys....Grandma

baskets - From: Imagine there's no countries . . .
This is a really interesting entry. The co-ops (soap making, baskets) sounds alot like what leslie did in PC. The people are so beautiful. Do you find them 'happy'? Is it just us in the U.S. that seem so bummed al the time? It must be in the water. LOL Politics have been very distrubing in the past couple of weeks. I'm afraid..VERY afraid. Panama was nice. You guys have done the right thing. Long live adventure!

Having a learning experience - From: Imagine there's no countries . . .
Like most adventures there is a learning curve that we all must go through to get what we are after. I am not sure what you two are after and how this will contribute to your long term goals but it sure looks like you are getting plenty of exposure to a different world. I suspose that all education has its own reward and helping others succeed and learn is the greatest reward. Here is to the two of you: Keeping looking over the horizon and may you find what it is your looking for that will make you happy. Dad

Want to go to there - From: Khao Sok National Park Visit
This looks sooo relaxing.. I can't believe that you and Jarod have this great oppertunity to see the world. What a huge risk but it does have a huge reward also. We love and miss you both. I hope that you can continue to find happiness. Try not to get too excited about hog heads they can only hurt you if you eat them. A good way to prevent food poision, before you take a bite, tell the waitress that the food smells funny and would they or the cook sample some of the food from your plate first. Or look at the table next to you and order whatever the locals are having. Do not do what GG does go to a steak house and order fish. Dad

SHARK! - From: SCUBA diving at Texas State Aquarium
Hey! I just got back my computer because my sister has been borrowing it for an online college course all summer. And well, im checkin out your blog and I have to say great job! I just happen to be looking at your aquarium photos here and I was wondering if you could explain something. I have lived here in corpus all my life, and ever since I was a toddler I have gone to the aquarium at least once a year to check out the fish and all. Still, I never quite understood how they keep the shark from eating the other fish in the tank or just from getting a little curious about them. Is the shark not with fish it would normally eat? Is it kept well fed so it doesn't need to eat them? Don't sharks get curious sometimes and investigate with their mouths? Well, If you have some information just let me know. I still haven't looked over everything so I'll send you another comment shortly. Great job so far.
