Health Alert... From the looks of it my frequent, painful battles with gastrointestinal complications are a thing of the past, if you don´t count my erosive esopheghitis. My system is as strong as a donkey. I´m back to the good ol´days of devouring any type of street food Hondu and Guate can throw at me. Once again I´m living an intrepid, gastronomic free for all. Over all, movements are solid, frequent and of a mocca color. However, for the second year in a row I´m battling some odd skin condition. In the Middle East last summer 3 mysterious concentric circles appeared [View Full Entry]

It takes very little to reacclimate to his lifestyle: the peeing, spitting, lifting of the shirt above the stomach to the lower chest area to allow the belly to gain access to outside airflow (men only) and darting out to cross the street just as a speeding car (that will not stop) approaches. Today i commence a monumental journey from honduras back to los united states on land, following the migrant trail. i´ve left all material items home except a camara, voice recorder (i´m sure you all enjoy hearing your own voice as much as I enjoy hearing my own) and a fantasy football preseason magazine. (never too early to prepare for the upcoming season.) i´m traveling very light as to travel as the migrants do, although the god´s honest truth: I´m a wuss and hate carrying things. The objective is simple: keep it tight and work the streets hard: that´s where my best [View Full Entry]
