I told you I have so much admiration for your spunk and zest for life. I was not aware you were doing this trip. I am still living vicariously through you.....especially on this one! I love hearing from you and am so proud of you. Take care in all of your adventures. (When you are here next, we should go to dinner, my treat.)

Hi Sarah! I was in Pucon a few days ago - the volcano hike was pretty amazing - especially the slide down!! I´ve also got an almost identical shot of the town hall with the volano in the background! although the beach was much quieter when I visited- ony a few dozen people. It was packed when you were there!

Don't forget to turn your tag
All you are missing is a tow rope behind the Zodiac and you can practice your wakesurfing. A game you should add to the olympics. The name is beatin' memory. What you do is wait for a group of passengers to leave on a days excusion and once they leave you flip all there tags to green. Then you attempt to remember who's tag was red. The winner is the person who doesn't get beat up because they stranded a person on a freezing island. Good luck. Love the pics and I hope you are having a great time. I am putting in a special request. I would like a pic of a chin strap penguin or a tiger seal. Happy hunting! Looking forward to the next blog. Love you Jeff

What an amazing account!!
Sara, I have always wanted to go to Antartica but now I don't know if I would like all the rough seas. Is that usual? I can't wait to see your next pictures. This is like living your adventure. Thanks. Esther

To the ends of the world?
Sara- it is hard to believe that many people share the vast experiences you have had- perhaps, someday, you will share them in formal writing! What people miss by not travelling is not only the beauty of our little planet, but the exhiliration and sense of life as it was meant to be. Your pixs are beautiful. It is hard not to want to book a ticket..... Hope to see you when you return. Ulmaa and Alex head to Mongolia in late May(another great place to be). Peace.

From Africa to Argentina
Hey Sara - While you were in Antarctica, I was in Africa having my picture taken at the southern-most tip of Africa at the Cape of Good Hope! I looked across the ocean toward Antarctica - I should have waved at you! Keep me on your list - your pictures are beautiful and I love to hear and see your adventures. Stay safe.
