| 24th September 2008 mel | - From: Yoga Cleasing Techniques and Iyengar Wow, I admit I would not have the mental strength to endure the cleansing practices you did!! I found myself cringing as I read each of them and a mental image popped into my head that I'd rather forget. Anyhow, it sounds like you're having an amazing experience and really taking it to the next level.....Impressive! I hope you have a wonderful final week and I look forward to hearing all the details..(well maybe not 'all'). Travel safe - luv Mel. |
| 22nd September 2008 Mike Tessler | Cripes!! - From: Yoga Cleasing Techniques and Iyengar Hi Yogi Sara........... (where's Booboo), Wow, looks like the adventures and stories are coming in waves now!!...........heh! My sick humour I know..............are you really ok though?? Cleansing must be wonderful WHEN ITS ALL OVER no? I just finished reading Siddartha for a second time and they speak of the Ashram a lot. I suppose there are many............or is there just one Ashram? And you are there. Can't believe you are coming home so soon, time is flying huh? Manish joined us for camping and I think he had a great time although we inundated him with emails trying to get a lift for one scraggler. All worked out great in the end and Manish is a Star in my books. He also brought his telescope which we all enjoyed as one night was very clear out and quite dark after the moon went down. We got to see both the moon, then later many stars, galaxies and constellations. Coooool. Well, looking forward to hearing some more stories in person, I will let you go now and prep for the dredded rag gag!! Luv ya, Mike xox ps........just made some home made Ghee the other day for a great dish...................but after your story will likely throw the leftover Ghee away now............(unless I can find some tubing.) |
| 22nd September 2008 Jessica | - From: Yoga Cleasing Techniques and Iyengar Oh wow Sara. What an incredible experience, but I don't think I could ever have the mental strength to perform those cleansing techniques. Actually, I think my ego would get all over-blown if I ever successfully performed one of them. haha. |

| 23rd March 2007 RLDM | Aching knees - From: Hari Om From Nasik Wonderful! Thanks! One question ... :) ... why spend so much money; travel so far; have to chaperone 'M'; get up in the middle of the night; deprive yourselves of essentials like coffee; contort yourselves into very curious and ungainly positions (for fun?); while the rest of us can just lie here in our comfortable, king sized? :) Ok, I get it; not really. Namaste :) |
